How did you get to that?

I have a torn achilles tendon myself that's torn from the bone. Doctors didn't recommend surgery for it because I would tear it again. I have to teach myself to walk in a different way. So I can't run to save my life.

I put off my back surgery and I'm glad I did the cons were more than the pros of doing it. My back has heeled up pretty good on its own about 90%.

I reinjured the ankle last september doing sprints and really fegowied it up durring deployment training. yes peeps, been dealing w/ this for more than a year, and havn't ran in a yr. pain pills only go so far, still hurts to walk, as i still want to function and not have to dose so high that i get hooked. Ankle first got broken in 88 and again around 01, also have about 30 some sprains on the damn thing

I'm not broken but it sounds like you're probably in better shape than I am. Welp, back to Halo.
