I've been in management for over 6 years at MBUSA. I got bored with it - fed up with dealing with *****y/ lazy employee's...obviously those are few and far between but I SERIOUSLY have NO patience for lazy/ *****y employee's.

I wanted to try something new and have more exposure with our cars - especially the new ones coming up.... so about 8-9 weeks ago I got a new job - CAC (Customer Assistance Center) trainer/ coach.

I'm a trainer/ coach in a department of 4 - we handle training for almost 200 people. Lots of automotive stuff - tactics to handling customers - delivering the wow factor for customers etc. One really cool thing is I'm in charge of a fleet of cars - I have 10 of them - all model lines - fully loaded too. I get new ones every 9,000 miles. I'm pimping in a fully loaded twin turbo 2012 CL550 right now... it's for training purposes of course ;)

Well.... the supervisor went on maternity leave about 2 weeks ago and I was asked to be supervisor for the next 6 months.... WTF..... I just got out of management.... and they put me back in.

I know they are putting me through a "6 month interview" for a potential supervisor position.... but they haven't realized that I don't want it... I'm just doing this temporary. BLAH!

Sometimes it really sucks to be good at what you do. I just recently, 4 months ago, moved to my new job. They had been trying to hire me away for almost 4 years. Told me they wanted me to come in and make changes, do things differently let 'em know where they stand. Now four months later they won't listen to any recommendations and I've been relegated to glorified paper pusher. Thanks, left a job that I may not of liked 100% but at least they were technologically and administratively more efficient and productive.
