  • New Years Resolutions.

So is anyone going to make any changes for 2012?

I know my goal is to stop eating so much crap, cut down on cigarettes, start hitting the gym and getting into good shape and start some kind of Martial Arts, Kickboxing or somthing at some point

    Merry Christmas All

Mine is to run a sub 12:30 in two miles, and gain another 10-15lbs.

My resolution is to get serious about graduating and work toward a legit job. Also need to focus less on cars and sell the extras. I would prefer something a bit newer anyway and better mpg would be nice.

I only have one real focus at the moment. Finish my second degree and find a job. All else comes second until those are accomplished.

Just need to hit my workouts harder and see if I can get below 10% bodyfat.

                    Re: New Years Resolutions.

New Years Resloutions is not legit. Its very seasonal. People say "I'mma lose weight this year" and by the time March hits they can't even find the Gym.

Yeah, we really need to have a beer night to discuss this. FYI, Cordova Hangover Nationals on Sunday. I'll be there weather permitting. LMK.

Well I already accomplished my 2011 goal with my weight. I said I wanted to be 230lbs and I did it. Now I need to lean up a bit and get to 210lbs.

Don't break anything on the firebird while it is in florida. Dominate this semester, crush a few interviews and make it out to the west coast for an internship for the summer.
