    Re: kristen's camaro fact

Bought my '96 Firebird in early '00 w/20k. Rebuilt engine and trans in '09. Body has 190k on it and the new E/T has roughly 5k. Loved every minute, even when I wanted to walk away, just kept coming back.

I agree on being too loud being bad... But I had a cutout on a factory exhaust with no CAT and it wasn't that bad.

Heat I guess I never got rid of AC on any of my cars.

Either way if noise is an issue they make infant earmuffs.

Little Connor didn't even notice an F-22 flying by. :)

The good news is the less you drive it, the less chance it will start on fire, Again.

Your car caught fire? That seems highly unhealthy.

I think that was when she had a nitrous backfire when it caught fire.

I have zero knowledge about nitrous... just know it goes boom really big.

I'm about 1500 miles from 170k, I got it at 138k. It was down for six months, I have had the car for about 28 months.

Wow, I cant believe all the low mileage here. I love my Camaro therefore I drive it everywhere. Anytime there is no excuse to drive anything else. In Kristen's case I fully understand. But the rest of you, be ashamed! JK all, I feel like poop for having such high mileage actually. But really Ive never been too concerned with high mile cars. I mean look at how many cars are brand new and are POS from day one. Ive seen many used cars that have really low miles and look, ride etc like crap. My car is pretty damned fair with 239,xxx (Z28). Are most of you purposely trying to keep low miles? Or is it, I just drive it when I drive it?
