I guess "vacating" the wins means OSU is saying they never won anything in 2010, including the Sugar Bowl.

Does this mean the opposing teams get to record a win now? Has OSU shipped the Sugar Bowl trophy to the Razorbacks?

Although OSO might be trying to pre-empt harsher NCAA sanctions by taking these steps, I think it is laudable and honorable that they are doing this voluntarily and ahead of any NCAA actions.
