  • Cops are getting sneaky/smarter.

So coming home from work I see a solid black tahoe on the side of the highway. Turns out it was a cop with flat black decals and no lights.

All I can say is wow, how deperate they gonna get to catch speeders and traffic violations?

Anyone else seen cop cars like that?

Nope, that's completely new and you're the first to ever see an unmarked police vehicle. Feel special.

Did you even read it? It wasnt unmarked. I've just never seen a solid black cop car with black decals.

Them unmarked cars are obvious but this tahoe was not until it was too late and potentially busted.

the other day they had a homeless looking guy who was actually a police officer and he was looking for people who were texting and driving ( its illegal here ) and if he saw you texting and driving he flips his sign around and it says pull over.

If they'd spend that much time and effort to catch real criminals...drug dealers, rapists, etc....now that would be great. I used to live in a small town (2 gas stations and a hardware store). In the morning drive to work there would be three police cars just waiting to pull over speeders in the 35 mph that extended a mile past the city limits. All this when there were kids in my wife's 5th grade class selling drugs for their parents.

Here where I live, every once and awhile they will have a couple of cops sitting in a dump truck or something dressed a construction worker with a radar gun. Then about 3 blocks ahead there will be about 4-5 cop cars waiting around the corner. If the cops in the dump truck sees that you were speeding they will radio ahead to the other cops which car to pull over for speeding.

He's known in my town really well, and damn that truck is fast!

Hasn't gotten me but he got my mom and a bunch of my friends....

the cop has revved at red lights to get people to race him and then slowed down, put his lights on and pulled them over for street racing.... (which is totally illegal and entrapment)
They got rid of the unmarked Camaro and got that silverado SS ^

                        Damn... Crazy stuff.

I agree that they could be making the effort to catch crooks instead of some of the things they look for.

I mean like it says "pull over" and another police car pulls you over.

There's a cop around where I live that uses an unmarked later year white fourth gen mustang GT with black racing stripes. Douche.

Well I'm seeing more unmark cars and cops dressed in casual clothes. Just today on my way back from my parents I saw them arresting a bunch of kids on bikes.

I don't mine sneaky cops as long as they do their job right and keep us safe.
