  • Failed Suicide

Well I moved into a new house so i decided to bring my camaro over to the new house. I bottomed out going into the driveway. Real bad I might add. So i parked it and looked to see if anything was wrong. It didn't look like anything happened so I went in the house to unpack a few things. I heard a bang so I went out thinking it was some boxes that fell but as to my suprise my car was missing. It rolled out of my driveway and into a tree. I have some pictures of it I will add tomorrow. My insuranced people were gonna give me 6300 to get fixed or the car would be totaled. It cost 5900 to fix. Thank you for not having anything else wrong with you.

      Re: Failed Suicide

why did you buy a house with a driveway youd scrape bad on? that was my issue with about 5 places we looked at on our hunt and was one major reason we turned away from them....

it has 2 driveways. It didn't seem bad to me til i took the car over it. I'm gonna have to use the other one now.

                    Re: Failed Suicide

Oh damn. That would make me sick. I guess the e-brake failed? Was it in gear?

Good to hear you'll be getting it back all fixed up. I'm going to move this to the lounge.

                      Re: Failed Suicide

actually no it wasn't in gear. the driveway is level which is why i was dumbfounded that it rolled that fast to do that much damage

Wow, was it rolling down a 45 degree hill for a mile? Cause that's not a bump into something on level ground.
