I saw Predators today

I went to the noon showing today.

Now, I'm a big Aliens, Predator, and AVP fan - I have all the movies and all the books and I'm a hard core sci-fi nerd so I REALLY enjoyed it.

I would give it an 8 or 9 out of 10.

Even though the movie is close to 2 hours it went by REALLY quickly. Great action. Good dose of Predators. I was shocked at how well Adrian Brody did - I didn't see him as an action guy. Lawrence Fishburn was funny. I was happy to see it was not a watered down PG-13 movie - it deserved an R rating and lived up to the rating.

I don't know how well most non sci-fi/ nerd people will like the movie... but I still think they will enjoy it.

I would still reccomend it.

I was very happy to see they made a reference to Dutch from Predator 1 - I really was hoping that they would have CGI'ed Arnold in like they did at the end of T4..... but it wasn't done. I am really hopeful that they make a sequal as the ending is set up for a prequal.

Yea I saw it today too and loved it!! I'm also a huge fan of alien and predator stuff, sci fi in general, but I thought it was made well. Yea I definately agree that there will be a sequel too.

That's awesome. I won't be watching it this weekend but on Wednesday when my wife gets out from the hospital. We'll go straight to the theatre. She'll have plenty of time to recuperate the next day. LOL

That needs to be a movie. Very cool.

Of course you know there was a Batman vs. Predator comic book in the '80's. I don't remember how it went with the plot. I wish I bought that comic.
