    Get the truck and leave a note with a hand drawn picture of the truck and write that he can borrow this one instead

        You should go get the truck; it is still your property.

        As far as any damages, it sounds like you have nothing to prove who caused damages.

                This was also one of my idea's... If he crys like a biitch about his 'equity' into the truck I will say he's done more damage to the truck than it's worth, and if he wants his money ill simply tell him to return the truck to the condition it was in when I gave it to him and ill sell it for a fair price.

                      Although I have joked about that, No thanks.

                      I had a few friends pull some **** like that after he was drunk driving and wrecked his truck, backfired on him and he did some jailtime, nailed with felony charges etc.
