    Scion tC

    Was at a light the other day and an older guy in a tC took off from the light pretty fast, caught me by surprise so I caught up and pulled even for a little bit and then I started pulling on it slowly until we shut off at about 60. Also put some little Hyundai to shame last week when I was pulling out of the mall not even very fast, I hear a riceburner downshift and hes coming up to my door, I shift down to 2nd and put 4 or 5 cars on him [img]tongue.gif[/img]

    Nothing too exciting but I don't do this a lot and thought 2 suckers in one weekend was something to share with you all, plus I don't think I've read any tC kills at all either so to let you all know they're somewhat of a challenge [img]tongue.gif[/img]

      Not bad. I was cruising around last Saturday and find some cars parked in an empty lot and decide to ride through and check it out. Got the typical stuff. Lights, neons, stereo. Few good cars too. This TC starts up his car and starts hitting the gas. I thought I heard a whistle but I wasn't sure if it was a turbo. Well later on he takes off after a mustang and as he gets on the road he floors it. That thing was pretty darn quick. Bunch of rich kids with their supras and evos and such. Kinda ticks me off. Oh well, I'm getting a T/A soon.

        There's an optional supercharged as a dealer installed option for the tc.

          Yeah you can get a ton of options installed by the dealer including the supercharger, this one was obviously N/A though.

            I just drove one last weekend. Quick car. It has great low end torque. I'd say low 15 or so if I had to guess...

              Smoked a V8 Northstar Caddy STS tonight too. Was a 97 if it matters at all. Now that I look up the 1/4 mile times for it I think maybe the guy had no clue what he was doing, but he was definitely trying to race me [img]graemlins/stickpoke.gif[/img]

              Don't know what the deal is lately with all these kills I really don't race that much and never got this many challenges in such a short period of time.

              It took all I had tonight to not run this kid in a Civic DX. dmw319 and I had some fun with him [img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img] will have to tell the story later.

                i raced a Scion Tc 2 times lastnight...it was standard and i have a A4

                from a 50 mph roll on i pulled on him like no tomarrow...but from a dead stop to 60 it was dead even then i started creeping and he let off

                but im sure if i didnt have my heavy *** 18" chrome rims and my 3.08's out yet it would have been a different story [img]smile.gif[/img]

                      we are driving up and down this street, saw a Ford GT, then it pulled into a strip club.. lol.

                      anyways, so this old civic DX, rice to the core pulls up and tries to get us to run like 5 times in a row. they keep trying and TucsonBird doesnt wana get a ticket so he yells that to him. then the ricer's friend *who supposedly has a supra* is yelling at us "put the batmobile back in the garage rich boy!" haha it was so funny. he was like I WANT A PIECE OF THE v8! american classic is going down! and we are like "its a v6 man.. dont pride yourself just yet". haha.

                      this is a short hand version and i probably messed it up. sorry. haha but it was funny. we rode next to them at least 10 minutes yelling back and forth haha.

                        Keep in mind that while all of this is going on, the driver continues to rev, downshift, punch it, slow back down to me again over and over throughout the whole conversation [img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img]
