• Me vs 92 Integra

I'm going down a main road doing about 60 in a 45 which is the norm. Come up on a riced Integra doing about 50, I get in the other lane to pass and he punches it. I laughed. We cought a light, he revved, I revved. Light turns, I put 4 lengths on him by the time I hit 70. I give him the hazards.

He cathes back up to me and wants to try me from about a 55mph roll, I'm not really comfortable with my top end power, so I quit while I was ahead and let him speed off.

i guess your right with not being comfortable with top end but i think our cars do pretty well once they get going. you should have tried from a roll.

actually I'm going to disagree with you and agree with the initial poster. Your cars are awesome on street tires on the road from a dig. After first gear it's not the strongest. It's got enough pep to pace with most cars in your class but not enough to outmuscle them and pull ahead.

mine actually reacts better at around 35 or 40. If i stomp it around that speed it screams. Maybe its just where my power curve is ..

i agree with you red. mine seems just like yours. it sounds so awesome when you floor it around 30-40 mph. and mine goes pretty good considering the size of the engine. (even though you have a 3.8)

it depends on what gears you have....my 98's strongest point feels around 55 MPH but i have 3.08 gears in it

its not really 45 as much as it is just my first two gears. feel real nice, and then i'm cooked as soon as third hits. hopefully the turbo will take care of that :D
