on the way to class this morn........

driving normal on my way to school, not really looking for a race, just looking to get to school. i get to a light and take off normally as does this 98 civic and as he gets next to me, he revs his engine...thinkin "ok next light its on" however, the road were on doesnt have a ligth for quite a ways. so we do the cat and mouse game for a while till we clear the traffic. were doing roughly 45 or so and he decides to take off(hes directly in front of me and im right behind him in the middle lane) so i hit the gas also...he wasnt pullin away thats for sure, so i made sure the pedal was to the floor and i end up passing him on the inside lane...so now he knows its really on when the next light hits. so there we are at the next light...to my surprise he doesnt gun in as i did. ok, so at the next light. get to the next light, "maybe he will do it this time" so i gun it and sure as hell he goes too. i get the good jump on him for a car length and throughout the race im slowly pullin him. at the next light is where the worst excuses come in...

1. him=oh with that car you should have gotten away alot faster than that....me-its not a v8 briainac him- oh!

2. him-well, this is my daily driver car me-nice cop out there, that statement is pointless...u still lost. and not to mention its quite decked out to be a daily driver

3. him-well i was on your tail lights the whole time. me- exactly! cuz u lost

4. him-let me go get my other car and race...
me-your cars arent worth the time to race obviously

then of course the other **** talkin in between.
why cant people just admit when they lose instead of making some bs remarks/excuses. its not that hard people.

the fact that my license plate reads ih8r1ce made this moment even better because thats all he got to see during the whole race

yeah, im usually pretty cool to guys who whoop my a$$, i usually pull over and check out what they have done to their car, and i finish off by tellin him somethin like "nice run, or thats pretty fast for a neon...lol"

I dont know whatsbetter, killing a cocky ricer or the look on his face after he loses and continues to rev up to you...

well you know chadder, the neon is actually the second fastest car that dodge makes

funniest thing was the guy was getting super ticked because i was talkin smak to him and he knew that he had nothing to go back on except excuses
