I was cruising last night and there was an older Z28 driving and he revved her up to me so I figured he wanted to line them up. I caught back up to him and we raced from a roll at 50 (best speed for me) we took off and it was bearly dead even the hole time up to about 85.
We pulled over and talked and he had a borla exhaust and a filter. I was really surprized I even ran with that car
I think it was like a 94-95 LT1.

A4 = 2.73 or 3.23
M6 = 3.42
Even LS1's were this way. </font>
Nope, not always. Friend had a 95 Z28, M6, with 2.73's in the rear. This was stock, the RPO code showed it, and you could tell driving it. My friend how has an M6 that has 3.42's in it.
i dont wanna get off subject but can anyone tell me the codes to look for on LT1's for the gears it has on the automatics. i wanna know what i'm gettin when i go shopping for one. thanks!
