Have you checked on a new one? Don't know about Chevy, but I bought one from Nissan for my race car ('90 240SX) and it was only like $120.

i wouldnt even waste my time with the dealer on an engine harness, i just picked a random 97 model harness, it is discontinued but vpi has them so we can still get it and gm list is $1226.74 which is average
