    As far as I knew there were always T5 Y87 cars. The only difference being that the M5 ones had the 3.23 lsd rear.

      I'm just glad my auto is a Y87 even though back then i didn't know any better.

      Have you tried looking around your neighborhood? V6 Camaros are plentiful. But then again an M5 with Y87 is like throwing a shot in the dark.

          Could those options be on a non Y87 car? Because I have at least 3 of 'em, and never thought I had Y87...

            Yes - but you ONLY have a true Y87 car if you have "Y87" on the RPO code decal.

                    Fellow y87 owner. Didnt know what a y87 was when I got the car. Just looked at the door tag and said hey, its got a posi and 3.42's, cool. Aparently I got lucky and found a well optioned car.
