QTP E-cutout. All parts included, piping and electric cutout, button, and all wiring necessary to plug and play. I bought it brand new and it had been on my car for only 4 months. I loved how it sounded, but de-modding for cash. Size is 3" in and out. I'll get pictures of it in a little bit, but its this one from WS6store http://www.ws6project.com/user_stor/...oducts_id=1190 its not black and doesn't have that divider. It is stainless steel piping, works perfectly.
