It really differs, I am 6'4" and ride a 160, i also have a 158, and a 148 though for different styles of riding.
The 160 is about proper size for my height. although if you are shorter, it will work as well.
Longer boards ride better, even for short people.
I have a friend that is 6'0 and he rides a 162...
This is a great board, forum snowboards are really expensive.
I have several others and ive been getting into snow skate and mini skiis the last couple years cuz my knees are bad.
