Just a few nuts and bolts to mount the intercooler. I would also replace the oil feed and return lines.

what would be needed for a 99, I was under the impression that 99 and 00s were the same?

99 will need the headers from a 2000+ car or have a exhaust shop redue the y-pipe for you

do you happen to have the 2000 headers still or did you sell that with the engine?

Can you list every piece that you will include in the kit? I may be interested...

How soon would this turbo need to be rebuilt?
              How much is a rebuild?
What PSI do you run at?
Could it be added to a stock engine with just a 3" exhaust with minimal additions?

It comes with everything the FFF kit comes with except instead of a inline fuel pump you get an intake fuel pump. You will also need to get new bolts for the intercooler and new oil and feed lines.

I don't know what all goes into getting one rebuilt. I have heard it costs anywhere from $100-300 to rebuild them.

I ran 10psi on a stock engine, stock tune and stock injectors.

would the pacesetter headers work appropriately with no welding required?
