i have a msd dis-4 and 3 ciu with it. Came off my brothers 3.4 grand-am so you will prolly need to rewire. i have the instructions for it also. i'm look 250 shipped.

I have one of these on my 3.4 and i love it.

It was working perfectly when we pulled it off.

PS: i can only take money orders

it should improve mpg because of the MSD (multiple spark discharge)..it provides a better burn..some people have also noticed a gain of 2 tenths in the 1/4 ..install shouldnt take any more than 2 - 3 hours..and most of that is just dealing with the coil interface units..sorry not trying to steal your thread DropTop

did a search.."dis4 gains"..Magnus didnt really see any gains on a 3.8..but had this to say about a 3.4..

The 3.4 is a different story. The DIS-4 will DEFINATELY help the weaker ignition system of the 3.4.

..i read a review somewhere on here that posted a gain in the 1/4 ET of .2

i'll tell you i could deffinatly feel a nice gain with my 3.4 also i got a good 2mpg increase on gas milage i love that thing.

Install it took me about 3 hours but that's with calling msd and getting the info from them with the wiring.

oh and thank you 1dangerousv6 your gave prolly better info then i could

between that and the AIT mod I droped .3 off my times :D very happy with them. only bad side, if you kill the battery and haft to get a jump, its nearly impossible to get the car to start again lol
