Yes, new never used. They have a bit of surface rust, just discoloring on the metal part, nothing a bit of sand paper wont take care of. I bought them to install in my car but when I went to push the old ones out it bent the control arm itself so I went ahead and bought new lca's and phb.

They are for 2 1/2 pipe, originally had screws in to hold them on, screws are now gone.
