  • Bolts on my brake pads won't unscrew

Believe it or not this is the first time I'm changing brake pads on my bird. The set up is similar to the 3rd gen so I thought it would be a breeze. For some reason the bolts won't unscrew. I keep turning the wrench and nothing is happening. Why isn't like this?

Never mind. After staring at it for over an hour I figured it out. The bottom bolt has to be counter by a 16mm wrench while unscrewing it.

Yes, lol Glad you figured it out. They are a breeze once you do them a couple of times.

Forgot to ask, what pads and rotors you go with?
