  • Rear brake lines

So my rear brakes burst last night. Looks like it is leaking at the T joint or where it branches to the 2 back lines. It was dark and hard to see. Does anyone have a picture of what that joint looks like? I know my rear lines aren’t that old. My russel brake lines are probably 10-12 years old.

I just can’t picture the piece in my head to even fully imagine where it may have broken or remember how it connects to the main line?

Scratch that. I think I know what it looks like. What I can’t figure out is for the traction control cars there are 6 hydraulic hoses where as my other Camaro had 5.

I don’t remember how these all go together and where this 6th line is. If someone knows where that 6th line goes or can shoot me a picture great, otherwise I’ll have to wait until the weekend when I can get it on jack stands...

You talking about the tee for the rear lines, just did mine in January but mine only had the 5 lines and the tee connection. The kit I used came with the 5 lines and tee connector how’s the 6th line ran? That’s a good question.lol I’ll see if they have a pic in the parts manual.
