Your car will never sound like a V8. With true duals you can make it sound mean, but still not like a V8.

    Search, please.

To the OP, your V6 will never sound like a V8. Sorry man, just a fact of life.

Definatley wont ever sound like a V8, but get a fat cam & everything you need to go along with a cam, tune....etc and it will sound good.

well.. youll never get it like a v8.. its true... an no, not a Ferrari either :P
you can however make them sound pretty good at least IMO especially at idle or just above. it depends how much money your looking to spend too... one thing you could do is get rid of your cat, or a high flow on at least...

I don't know i've heard some peoples 3.8's sound like V8's, specifically 98 3.8's car (the user not the engine).. May not sound like an LS1, but sounds really close to some other V8's. Either way sounds badass:

That is my exhaust goal anyways.. I want to do CIA headers with true duals 2.5, and borla mufflers.

I say the easiest way would be record how a V8 sounds, put it on a cd and then turn on the volume on your cd player really loud. LOL
