Let me know how this looks.

Here is my parts list so far.
    Headers:
    http://store.mvpautoparts.com/pacese...bird-3.8l.html
    Header gaskets from abbott Racing:
    http://abbottracingheads.com/
    Grade 8 locking bolts:
    http://www.ws6project.com/user_stor/...-header-bolts/

Then Ill end up doing a cat delete and 3'' pipe from the y-pipe back to the flowmaster muffler.

Here is another thread I made on another forum

I wouldn't do a cat delete, you're going to get a lot more rasp and you're going to have to get the code tuned out. Just buy a high flow cat and put it on.

            Re: Headers

I havent had a cat on since 2007, i just put in a glass pack and it sounds good to me. I have headers, 2.5 inch pipe, glasspack and a flowmaster.

This is my poor wife trying to figure out what I wanted her to do.

Kinda like what my set up would be. Not sure on the series flowmaster though

                Re: Headers

First video says 80 series in the description. And they neither one get above like 2500-3000rpm. At those ranges a flowcrapster sounds good... above that it goes to hell.

I also don't have a cat, btw. I ran !cat into 2.5" magnaflow, and cried every time I drove the car. Now, I've got ypipe going into a 3" race muffler, then 3" back to a super Turbo with an electric cutout in the middle.. Couldn't be happier.

                    Re: Headers

its a 3800, they have rasp, embrace it! And personally if I could go back I would not get the pacesetters, the stainless OBX headers look alot better quality. But if you go with the pacesetters get the ceramic coat from someone that is ACTUALLY GOOD AT IT NOT PACESETTER

Rumbler does sound good, you get more rasp with dumping it before the axle, best way is to run it out the back of the car.
