Im looking at buying an s10 posi unit for my bird with 3.42s. This is an eaton style gov lock system, my question is that they dont come with the reluctor ring like our diffs have can I simply unbolt or press of mine and apply it to that carrier? Also whats the difference between this and a regular auburn or eaton lsd? I know the eaton gov lock lets one wheel spin before it activates and gives power to the other but dont regular lsd's do that?
