So Alex is parting out a firebird, and I went to look at it. Looked at the door and saw that it had G80 code. Alex opened it up and it was another open differential..what's the deal on these cars having the code and not the part!?

No clue. My car was the first one. Hence the reason I started this thread. Then found Alex's car, also a 2000 like mine, had the code listed and was not equipped. Crazy IMO
