    The only time I have adjusted the ride height while sitting on the ground was using an oil bay pit. Im not sure how hard it would be to get at laying on the ground. Im sure you could get them dialed in where you want them on the ground without a pit, but I dont think you would want to adjust them too frequently. The knob on the inside of the shock is really easy to reach though. You can just reach around the wheel and adjust the valving on the shock - 12 settings.

      sweet i just want to be able to lower it for when i go to shows or do a photoshoot, other than that im pretty sure id leave it stock height as to avoid scraping, bumps, dips, etc lol
