  • Can wax and ceramic coating be combined

I've been using Hydrosilex ceramic coating on 2 of my vehicles, used it on my dad's Mercedes and on my brother's Firebird that has Maaco paint and I am impressed with the shine and how long this thing last.

I haven't used it on my Firebird because the Black Box that Turtle Wax has out for black car is awesome. It really hides any imperfections and scratches on my bird, but it only last for a couple of months.

Hydrosilex is good for over a year. I wonder if the 2 can be combined. I try to fine any information if hydrosilex needs to bine to the clear coat to be effective.

I don't know much about the two combining but have you tried reaching out to their support department? Usually companies are pretty good with their product knowledge - I would reach out to both Turtlewax and Hydrosilex

Yeah that's good advice. I'll try doing that.
