Got the old brackets off, dremel works wonders. The brackets are up where the headlights are and are riveted in, Im just going to use some bolts to put them back on the new bumper.

It’s super easy- you drill your hole - or in your case the hole is there from the previous rivet. You insert a new rivet which is cylinder shape with a tail. The tail part goes into the gun and you squeeze the handle. When you squeeze the handle it expands the rivet and pops the tail off and you’re done... onto the next.

super easy- You put the biggest rivet that fits into the hole smoothly.

I just bought a hydraulic gun so I don’t have to use as much strength with the hand held ones which is meant for smaller rivets

Got the intercooler pipping mocked up, but the damm T-clamps are too small supposed to be 2.5" but not working so I ordered 2.75" clamps , so will have to wait for them. Bumper is ready to go on soon as I finish. Edit, lol got the 2.5" working have to put them on the coupler first the insert the pipe.lol oh well.

I am, 35 or more miles into Prescott, so 70 miles or more round trip. Id rather bolt it in case I ever have to replace it again. You have a rivet gun Robert?

Didn't think Yarnell was that far south - guess you know about the HF in Prescott.
