    Damm 21 lbs of boost that’s crazy, fire chicken sounds familiar, either here or ftv6.

      Yeah. 15 to 16 psi was the highest I know that Viper ran with back then. 21psi you're pretty much at the same level as that 8 sec. Firebird. I wonder what works he has done to his engine and tuning.

        Yeah, Viper did 18 psi I’ve seen his tune on Hptuners, I’ve seen up to 25 psi over on full throttle. But don’t know what turbo they were using.

          21 psi on a 70mm turbo is some big numbers though.

            The turbo-buicks run on the street @21-23#s w/ many running 26-28#s. some might run higher but they would be on the edge. I personally ran 28#s, tried 30 but there was no advantage w/that. So I went back to 28. It was a TE-60 turbo w/53# injectors. The combo I'm getting rid of is a 71-gtq w/84# injectors. The new combo for next year will consist of a 76 turbo and 120# injectors.
