Hey all,
I know this is a Camaro forum first and foremost (mine's a ‘00 V6), but I figured I'd ask — does anyone here also mess around with other projects like BMWs?
I'm currently working on a side build — a BMW F30 — and wanted to upgrade the steering wheel to something sportier with better grip and maybe some carbon fiber accents. I found a site with some nice BMW steering wheels, but I'm wondering if anyone here has experience with aftermarket wheel swaps on Euro cars.
Do the airbag connectors usually match? Any issues with paddle shifter wiring or steering angle sensors?
Would be great to hear if anyone’s played with this kind of mod — or just drop a pic of your “other ride” if you’ve got one!
