well i went to the dyno on friday. i was freaking out that i was going to have another back fire with the nitrous. she went threw her na runs, everything was tuned out good. then it was nitrous time. my hands and feet got so clamie. i was freaking out. i upped my nitrous to a 125 shot. LETS JUST SAY SHE LOVESSSSSSSS IT. no problems. so she is not tuned for the 125 shot. the nitrous hits perfect and hard. it's never felt this good.

    so the new numbers are....

    nitrous 338 rwhp, 416 wrt.

    n/a 218 rwhp 298 rwt.

it was verrrrrrrry hot and humid friday. so my numbers are higher, i'm sure. guess i won't know. but she is good for at least another 5-10 hp in a little less humid weather. i'm happy with the new numbers. i did expect more. but i did lost hp when i changed my intake. i really don't care. soooooo yeah. now i just have to figure out what to do next to get up to that 350 rwhp

now i hit the track this thusday. i can taste 12's

    Re: new rwhp numbers

12's will be no problem at all. NICE #'s! So you didn't get it tuned? Are you going to? Reason I'm asking is because I'm thinking about swapping a 97' PCM into my car and having it tuned with HP and on a dyno all at once. I need more power with the blower on the street. In the meantime, I'll use autotap and my fmu to adjust the fuel and drop it down a bit. My car runs verrrry rich.

Nice numbers! Just wondering, do you know what kind of dyno you were running on?

            Re: new rwhp numbers

i believe that the backfires had to do with my fuel pressure reg starting to go. i had no idea that there was even a problem till the thing went on me. i was having a few spark issues. but that might have been a result of the first backfire.

as for the dyno. Dynojet 224x

Pick up parts slowly over time. Over the course of several months, you'll have the parts you need for a mod and it doesn't hurt as bad as forking over a ton of money in one shot.
