ok guys, i've wanted to be an officer for years but there was never an opening at the right time. seeing as how i now think that its time for a career change im attempting to join the local pd. now i realize that im not guaranteed a job but i figured i may as wel use this as an excuse to clean up my life a lil. so i quite smoking, no more cokes, bread or potatoes and am attempting to run/jog/walk/stagger two miles a day in order to pass the pops. any suggestions??

atkins is still somewhat sketchy to me... a lot of mixed opinions about it.
I think just by doing what you did you will lose weight. I've decided to go on a diet too. I think I'm going to come up with my own diet, then write a book about it, and become rich. Tour the country promoting my book while eating anything I want then and get regular liposuction to stay thin, while saying I'm still on the diet.Comment

read books on Vince Gironda. He was the originator of keto diet. Also try intermittent fasting. Have an 8 hour eating window and 16 hours fasting. This has helped me lose 50lbs.Comment
