I never heard of anyone not be affected by a taser , it will take you down in a few seconds, their pretty strong. Even on PCP they will go down.

Theres 2 posts if one doesn't hit skin, the taser doesn't work but him being naked it would be perfect for a taser. Theres also a red dot to aim with a taser.
