There's nothing you can do with the way people drive or how people show no concern for the traffic and just jay walk. They probably didn't even bother to use the crosswalk which was probably a few feet away.
Don't get me wrong. It does suck to hear someone lost their lives, but what were they doing for that to happen?
Besides, there's murder, rape, child molestations, drugees and so forth going on out there... and those are more pressing crimes.
