Upper for sure, lower if 99+ upper doesn't bolt to 98 lower.

my turbo kit was designed for a 2000 and my angled TB hits where the turbo is mounted. This way I won't have to re-fab IC piping, down pipe, mount, exhaust pipe and IC pipe going to TB.

NEED ASAP!!!!!!! car is ripped apart in garage. let me know what you have, thanks.

You can't put a 95-98 TB on a 99+ UIM.

The TB/UIM are NOT swapable between 95-98 and 99+.

There are many significant differences between the two.
