Ok since no one else wanted to contact they guy, I went ahead and contacted him :) Here's the message I received:

There is a difference in the 96-97 and 98-02 set-ups due to the fusebox cover going from a single to a double and the PCM changing. For the 98-02 cars I can do $75.00 shipped if the order is for 10 or more sets, if you go under 10 sets the cost would be $80.00 shipped for the 98-02 sets. For the 96-97 folks the fusebox cover is single and larger and the PCM is really close to the hood on some of the 96 ones (GM made a change mid year and the cover I offer is for the PCMs with the connector on the bottom so they would need to verify the PCM prior to ordering to verify fitment) On the 96-97 sets it will be $70.00 shipped without PCM cover and $90.00 shipped with PCM. If you have an order of 10 or more the price will drop by $5.00 per set. Let me know. Thanks, Dan
